Environmentally conscious, we preserve our natural surroundings and the health of those who come in contact with our products and services. As acting members of the Portable Sanitation Association International, we are committed to continued education as it pertains to our industry and its role in society. By adhering to unique environmental practices, we hope to improve our services today and work towards a cleaner tomorrow.

CNG Vehicles

Several of our trucks run on CNG fuel which reduces greenhouse gas emissions up to 20%. This fuel burns clean and cuts down on pollutants.

Water Conservation

During peak season, Service Sanitation’s inventory of restrooms saves over 3 million gallons of water weekly, conserving our world’s limited water supply.

Authorized Disposal

Each day, our company transports thousands of gallons of liquid waste to local water reclamation facilities, where it is properly treated and returned to natural tributaries. From there, it can be reclaimed for fresh water drinking.

Clean Additives

By utilizing environmentally friendly deodorizers, our restrooms prevent the spread of harmful germs and bacteria as well as land contamination. The uniquely-engineered additives are free of harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde, keeping restroom occupants safe.

Bulk Purchasing

By purchasing supplies in bulk we reduce the amount of packaging materials needed to ship supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and plastic containers for soaps and hand sanitizers. This shrinks our carbon footprint and keeps unwanted materials out of landfills.

Recycled Units

The convenience of plastic has been with us for more than a century, leaving a positive impact on almost every facet of life, with the exception of the environment. Because of this, we reuse, reform and rework our restrooms when damaged, minimizing the manufacturing of excess plastic.
